It has been suggested that it would save a lot of time if a copy of the factory invoice could be scanned and attached to F&I deals. The use case presented is that customers often come in years after purchasing a new vehicle and ask for the exact same vehicle but in the current year model. Often to look up all the factory options on the customers old vehicle, the original factory invoice has to be pulled. Having the invoice attached to the original F&I deal could streamline the research process. What other documents would be useful to attach to a F&I deal?
